User registration and privacy agreement
Please be reminded to read this User Registration and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) carefully before registration to be an user to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Your registration, login, use of the Service etc. will be deemed acceptance of this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This agreement is an agreement between Shen Zhen VVFLY Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “VVFLY”) and the users regarding the rights and obligations of the “Cloud Flying Sleep” mobile phone software application service (hereinafter referred to as “The Application”). “User” means an individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Service.
Chapter I General
Article 1 If you have any objection to any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using The Application.
Article 2 The rights of ownership, operation and management of The Application belongs to the VVFLY.
Article 3 The final interpretation right of this Agreement belongs to VVFLY.
Chapter II Account Registration
Article 4 After successful registration, The Application will give each user a user account and its corresponding password. The user account and password shall be safely kept by the user who has legal responsibility for all activities and events carried out under his/her account. The ownership of the account belongs to VVFLY. The right to use of the account belongs only to the application registrant. The account is forbidden to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell to the others.
Article 5 Users shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information of The Application; users shall not use other people's identity information for registration; they shall not use any other person's name to post any information; they shall not maliciously use registered accounts to mislead others the identity; The name of a registered account created by any institution or individual shall not be:
(1) Violating the provisions of the Constitution or laws and regulations;
(2) endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) damaging the national glory and interests and harming the public interest;
(4) inciting national hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
(5) Destroying the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment;
(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
Article 6 Management of User Names
(1) Do not register and use nicknames with the real names, words, numbers, stage names, pen names, titles, etc. of party and state leaders or other celebrities (if you are the person, you need to submit relevant evidence for verification and approval before registration)
(2) Do not use name of Country and Corporate organization for registration (To do so, the relevant evidence needs to be submitted for approval of its identity);
(3) Do not use uncivilized and unhealthy usernames for registration;
(4) Do not register with usernames that are ambiguous, misleading, or having various odd-shaped symbols. After the registration information and registration provided by you become the user of this application, the company will take care of you in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. In addition to your authorization or disclosure in accordance with the law and its procedures, the company will guarantee the security of your information and account.
Chapter III User’s Guideline for using and publishing content
Article 7 The content referred to in this Article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published and disseminated by the user in the process of using the service, including but not limited to registration information and authentication information such as account avatar, name, user description, or text, Send, reply or auto-reply messages and related link pages for voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc., as well as other content generated by using an account or the service.
Article 8 Users shall not use the account number or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations and policies:
(1) against the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honours and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
(5) Destroying the national religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment;
(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
Article 9 Users shall not use the account number or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Containing any sexual or sexually suggestive content;
(2) Containing insults, intimidation, threats;
(3) Containing harassment, junk advertisements, malicious information, and scam information;
(4) involving the privacy, personal information or information of others;
(5) Infringement of the legal rights of other people's reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
(6) Containing other information that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes the content of the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.
Chapter IV Rules of Use
Article 10 Any content transmitted or distributed by users in or through The Application is not reflected or represented the views, positions or policies of VVFLY. VVFLY shall not take any responsibility.
Article 11 When using this application service, users must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Users should agree that they will not use The Application service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using the name of others;
(2) Enforce, induce other users to follow, click on the link page or share information;
(3) Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using a technical means to establish a false account in batches;
(5) Engage in any illegal or criminal activities with this application account or this application;
(6) Produce, publish, or operate or disseminate methods, tools, or practices related to the above acts, whether or not they are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other violations of laws and regulations, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interference with the normal operation of the application or the unauthorized authorization of the service.
Article 12 The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by the application or the application, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user. , has nothing to do with flying in the clouds. If damage is caused to VVFLY or a third party, the user shall take corresponding legal responsibilities and compensations.
Article 13 The services provided by The Application may include advertisements. Users using The Application shall regard the user's consent to display advertisements provided by VVFLY and third-party suppliers and partners. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall take their own responsibilities for the transactions carried out according to the advertising information. If there is any loss or damage suffered by users for such transactions, VVFLY shall not bear any responsibilities.
Chapter V Protection of Personal Privacy Information
Article 14 The Application respects and protects the privacy of all users who use The Application. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, The Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. However, The Application will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in The Agreement or as required by national laws and regulations, The Application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission.
Article 15 Scope of protection
(1) The personal registration information you provide in accordance with the requirements of The Application when you register for The Application account;
(2) The information on your browser and computer that is automatically received and recorded by The Application when you use The Application web service or access the webpage of The Application platform, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, Data such as used language, date and time of access, hardware and software feature information, and your web browsing history;
(3) User personal data obtained by The Application from a business partner through legal means. The following information does not apply to this privacy policy:
(4) Keyword information that you enter when using the search service provided by The Application platform;
(5) Relevant information collected by you in The Application, including but not limited to participation activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
(6) Violation of the law or violation of The Application’s rules and the measures taken by The Application against you.
Article 16 Use of information
(1)The Application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless we have obtained your permission in advance, or the third party providing you the service individually or together with The Application (including The Application affiliate). After the service is terminated, the third party will be banned from accessing all such information.
(2) The Application will not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means. Any user of The Application platform is found to engages in the above activities, The Application has the right to immediately terminate the service with the user.
(3) For the service purpose of, The Application may use your data to provide your interested information including but not limited to related products and service, or to share information with The Application’s Partners so that they may send you information about their products and services (the latter one requires your prior consent).
Article 17 Information disclosure
In the following circumstances, The Application will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your expectation or the law:
(1) Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;
(2) In order to provide the products and services that you request, your personal information must be shared with third parties;
(3) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the relevant requirements of the administrative or judicial authorities;
(4) If you have violated the relevant national laws, regulations or The Application service agreement or related rules, the information must be disclosed it to a third party;
(5) If you are a qualified IP Complainant and have filed a complaint, it should be disclosed to the Respondent at the request of the Complainant so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;
(6) For a transaction executed on The Application platform, if any party requires the information to perform and/or fulfill the transaction obligations and requests for information disclosure, The Application has the right to decide to provide the user’s necessary information to the party to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of a dispute.
(7) Other disclosures that The Application considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.
Article 18 Information storage and exchange
The information and materials collected from you by The Application will be stored in Servers of The Application’s and/or its affiliates and may be sent to your country, region or overseas locations where The Application to collect the information and materials for searching, storage and display.
Article 19 Use of cookies
(1) In case you do not refuse to accept cookies, The Application will set or access cookies on your device so that it can log in or use cookies-based services or features. The Application uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and personalized services, including promotional services.
(2) You have the right to accept or decline to accept cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use The Application web service or feature that relies on cookies.

Article 20 Information security
(1) The account under The Application has security protection functions. Please keep your personal username and password safe. The Application will ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered by security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no “perfect security measures” on the information network. Due to the technical limitations and various malicious means, there may still be security problems for some uncontrollable factors.
(2) When using The Application web service for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Chapter VI Agreement Modification
Article 21 If there is any change for our Privacy Policy, we will post the corresponding changes in this Agreement, to our website and appropriate channel so that you can review it and understand how we collect your information, who can access it and under what circumstances we can disclose this information.
Article 22 In view of the rapid development and changes in the Information Technology service market and its related fields, VVFLY reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Once the contents of this Agreement change, we will directly publish the revised Agreement contents on the website. Please pay attention to check it in time.
Chapter VII Copyright Statement
Article 23 The original information of The Application, including text, pictures, audio, video and other copyrights, is owned by Shenzhen VVFLY Electronics Co., Ltd., and may not be reproduced without permission of the company.
Article 24 The copyrights, such as logos, layouts, and User Interface etc. which are unique for The Application, are owned by Shenzhen VVFLY Electronics Co., Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without the permission of the company.
Article 25 To use the original content from The Application, it should be marked “Source from Shenzhen VVFLY Electronics Co., Ltd.”.
Chapter VIII Applicable Law and Settlement of Disputes
Article 26 The formulation, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
Article 27 If you have any dispute concerning the content of this Agreement or its execution, you shall promptly contact the Company for friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit at the Company’s location.
